Minimum Hard Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in economics, finance, administration
Professional use of English in spoken and written
Very good organization of work, self-managing, independent, and highly attentive to detail
Ability to learn fast and invest time in becoming a bright professional
Advanced knowledge in the use of MS Office and Google Drive tools
Experience using any accounting software or understanding how it works will be a plus
Passionate about numbers, process optimizations and oriented to solutions
Experience in accounting will be an advantage but not essential
Minimum Soft Qualifications
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A positive, high-energy individual that is passionate about working with people, and enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

About the role
You will be responsible for Accounts Payables/ Accounts Receivables
You will manage full-cycle invoicing process
You will work closely with other colleagues from Europe
You will ensure professional and smooth communication with other client departments
You will be the main point of communication with suppliers and clients
You will report to company management
You will identify solutions to make the work process efficient
